MLAI (Machine Learning & Artificial Intelligence), a technology that enables a machine to simulate and interpret the human behavior is applied by the Gleam HR in the hiring process to access and select the participant according to his suitability score, skills and temperament through a thorough personality assessment procedure, understanding of requests, connecting data points and by drawing conclusions automatically. It also saves plentiful time while hiring.

Onboarding

It is a method of assigning the template and allowing the selected employees to sign up by following the procedure as instructed by HR or the management. This implies that people may learn about the product or process as they go rather than being directed along a certain route. They can get help if they need it.
The onboarding is initiated by the management then carried on further by the candidate. The new recruit may complete every task on his own, from making his profile to electronically signing paperwork for onboarding. The new hire is then assigned the task which is automatically assigned to his manager as well. The completed data is forwarded to the management/HR which is then approved or rejected according to the credibility of the completed task.

People Analytics

This module, which aids in the analysis of data and the creation of reports, primarily consists of the management of workers, their personal information, job information, designation, educational information, qualifications, and other types of continuing changes in an employee’s status and details.

PTO

PTO policies of Gleam HR are included in this module, it includes the record of the remaining paid time off for all the employees as per the designation, rules and utilization of their paid leaves.  Whether you have a basic PTO plan, or you divide time into vacation or sick time-off plans, Gleam HR can manage it. Creating a custom plan and adding employees to that plan can easily be done in 5 minutes.

Time Tracking

This module makes it simpler for the team members to clock in and clock out to mark their attendance online or it is used to submit the time-off requests from their mobile devices. It is equally beneficial for both employees and HR, as it also helps to track the employee’s attendance, working hours, and absenteeism status to keep the record.

Payroll

Gleam HR’s team of payroll experts has good experience navigating payroll challenges across thousands of small businesses and different industries––so you can trust it will get done right the first time.

In the Gleam HR’s Payroll module, all dues are automatically generated according to the designation, working hours and designation of the employee and collected within one banking day after the payroll processes and payment forms are filed as they come due.
